As for someone asking if there would be an Impreza WRX today without the Cossies I would say yes but not in series production maybe.
It was all to do with racing regulations at the time that manufacturers had to make a certain number of road cars before they could compete in races/rallies. Hence the '500' in RS500.
Lecture over.

Just moved to Hucknall (jct 26 M1) and was told about a local RS garage, went to check it out a couple of weeks ago, some really nice examples, anyone dealt with them ?? http://www.jct28.co.uk/frames/view-vehicles.htm

Hi
I wish i could say that the Scoob would receive such respect on Passion Ford but I think it would get a hard time. If I wanted an everyday car I would prefer a Scoob to a Cossie, as its now getting older & showing it.
Still love the Sapphire in white.

Right Arm
I would give my right arm for any type of cossie brand new (except the Scorpio) however if your looking for the cheapest cossie in the world...these wouldn't be far off the top of the list

Love them!
I too used to have a white one, bit expensive to run back then (i was 19) it slayed every scoob I came accross
great car sideways all the way up the road in the wet
times change, and I wouldnt swap the scoob for the world now

Would have put my name down for a focus rs if they were 4wd.... shame the cossie has been well and truely killed off
Escorts and 3drs still look lovely, need a bit of work to make them right though. They dont look very good standard.
