Count me in for the Redbeck Cafe meet (is anyone going earlier for one of their ace fried breakfasts?)

Now there's an idea, Kel. Redbeck at 7:45, full english, tea, toast, chat. What better start is there to any day?

If the kids are at the outlaws I'll be there on the bike (need to get rid of some of the 9,000,000 calories somehow

The banner was safely stowed in with the gayzeebo when we packed up at the NBO

Chris666, you're more than welcome

I'm very disappointed to inform you guys that I won't be coming on Sunday and maybe leaving Ferrari ownership for good. I got the car back yesterday and everything was looking good to forgive JCT, get it cleaned and looking mint and coming along on Sunday.

JCT have had 3 tries (over the last month) at fixing my Stradale and each time it's been delivered back with the same fault or worse. To add insult to injury it was actually delivered back yesterday with damage to it as well.

I've been driving a sloppy C180 Merc for the past month whilst paying (finance, insurance, depreciation etc) for a Stradale.

I'm at my wits end. It's back with them and I've asked for a price. I'm in no way tempted to buy another.

Maybe I'll calm down in a week or so....Roll on my beauty Scoob returning!

Such a shame Ian I don't think you're alone either. It may even have been you whom posted it, but there was a link to a Ferrari forum where there were many disgruntled 360 owners, both vanilla ( ) and Stradale, but the CS seems to be a bit worse probably due to everything being so much more highly stressed. I don't think it's just Ferrari either, as you so often seem to hear tales of woe from the more exotic end of the market. I suppose they are still just machines, made by men, and so are fallable. So you may move completely away from the marque without even trying a 430 But what would, or could replace the CS

Ian - did the JCT MD not offer any comfort/apologies/grovelling....??

How about writing to Evo, Car, Autocar etc? A suitably worded draft letter, naming names and landing at Brooklands prior to publication might just do the trick...

JCT600 Dealer principal is not in until Monday so have today drafted a formal letter and sent it to him, copying it to the MD of JCT and the MD of Maranello Concessionaires (the importer).

I'm then going to ring each one of them and ask them why it happened and what they intend to do about it...

A copy of the letter going to EVO? hmm, I'll hold that one in reserve to see how friendly or arsey they are with me...

Anyone who wants a laugh - I can PM them a copy of the letter...

Jack Tordoff is obviously concerned about this situation, and will deal with it himself when his personal $72m yatch docks in 3 months time....

Jack looking concerned

Go on then, let's see the letter. BTW Chris, LCC are sending us a letter of acceptance without prejudice, to be followed by a cheque for payment in full When do you want the Leggy polishing

Ian, are you sure you didn't drop it in at a Lada dealer There used to be a VW dealer in Leeds with a rep like that. Take car in for oil change, comes back with empty tanks, bald tyres, scratched and a knackered gearbox

Oh, and can I have a go please ? With the CS before it goes back

I reckon you should stick with the marque, in principal at least.

...and the new Panda comes in a 4x4 variant

Really hope things get sorted in a good way ('cos I've not had a ride in it yet )

Ian, Martin seems to have disappeared off the face of the planet He was one of the main reasons we looked into moving venues and yet we've not seen him since Except when I caught him up on Whitehall Road a few days ago Are you gonna twist his arm and make sure he shows his face sometime soon
