Hi,
Mods are:

96 UK Wagon
Z4 ecu - not mapped (probably the main cause)
Scoobysport full decat complete exhaust
Ported standard headers
TD05
260bhp
Really i think it needs a custom map to solve the issue. Otherwise it runs sweet.

280bhp and 280lb at the WHEELS according to Datalog Lab (estimate 360bhp at the fly).

Cruise at 3500rpm in 5th and some moderate WOT and I see 350miles to 53litres of Optimax.. town and A and B road only I see 300miles to tank.
Admittedly I have optimised the cruise area of the ecu map for economy but 200miles to a tank is well thursty.
