There must be something wrong with either the tuning or use causing the heads to crack. I have just taken my (Sti5) heads off to uprate the valve springs and after 18 months of 550-600bhp fairly abusive use including nos, (see here - http://www.ecu-tuner.co.uk/downloads/details.php?file=5 )they are still in perfect condition.

I'm not a fan of the Link and try to avoid mapping them ! Sorry but they are a bit unreliable and suffer from a need for seasonal adjustments to maintain efficiency.

You could try Sam (the dentist) he is in Dundee.
