Supps are meal substitutes, so try eating more proteins. Fish steak,chicken,turkey, eggs , cottage cheese etc etc.
Try 2 shakes a day if a MUST. Metrx for me, 40g/50g per shake(2 1/2 spoons/) £25 for 2.2kg
Id say train like a powerlifter. Ive added so much more size. Big big weights = big muscles imho.

no bull**** with that and training 3 days a week to loose quick weight earlier this yr and taking ephedrine which drained me and dehydrated me but i lost half a stone less than a week totally messed me up, clen was the best thing it took and man i couldnt believe it, the way it cuts the delts and shapes your back and chest

Theres loads ECA/Clen combo.
I ran
Anadrol, test e + test prop for 10 weeks just coming off at mo. gone 17st to 16st. BUT ill lose around 8lbs water yet which is good as abs out already. Only really ran test to not scrafice strenght which ive destroyed pb's easy.
Biggest diet change was drinking oil,eati brown carbs(rice,pasta). Ran lot eph too.

if you were 17st, now your 16st with another 8lbs to loose i think you should do less gear longer breaks and make your gains more steady rather than doing the yo yo , imo

not being funny you dont know anything about the cycles or doseages ive done if you did then fair enough id accept the comment but i do not.
