Don't get too big too quick.. You get stretch marks that stay for life

Most of the protein stuff around today is pretty good. Unfortunately the EEC banned all the really good stuff in the mid 90's.

I ordered some of the stuff that moses suggested on page 1.

I'll report back here in a month or so to see if it made any difference.

I've used reflex instant whey and can't really say I moticed a difference, I've used reflex creatine as well and that was also a little hit and miss.

It's all in the mind I think.

Supps are meal substitutes, so try eating more proteins. Fish steak,chicken,turkey, eggs , cottage cheese etc etc.

Try 2 shakes a day if a MUST. Metrx for me, 40g/50g per shake(2 1/2 spoons/) £25 for 2.2kg

Id say train like a powerlifter. Ive added so much more size. Big big weights = big muscles imho.

Anadrol 50mg usually. Hardest oral on the market. tbh i thought it was **** @ 100mg

lol well drugs or not diet is the key!! what ever diets important!
Theres loads ECA/Clen combo.
I ran
Anadrol, test e + test prop for 10 weeks just coming off at mo. gone 17st to 16st. BUT ill lose around 8lbs water yet which is good as abs out already. Only really ran test to not scrafice strenght which ive destroyed pb's easy.

Biggest diet change was drinking oil,eati brown carbs(rice,pasta). Ran lot eph too.

what sort of oil are you drinking,
if you were 17st, now your 16st with another 8lbs to loose i think you should do less gear longer breaks and make your gains more steady rather than doing the yo yo , imo

not being funny you dont know anything about the cycles or doseages ive done if you did then fair enough id accept the comment but i do not.

Ultimate blend organic oil had about 8 types in i think. make you wanna be sick asap

for the record powerlifter not body builders 1400lbs total @215lbs

yuk don't like the sound of that already, wouldn't even bother doing a search for it..
