Not sure if many people saw 'Battledome' when it was aired on Bravo a few years ago, but the guys on there were if great shape, big but athletic.
Two guys, D.O.A and the Commander stand out, I would be happy to get into half of there physiques!

It's not right nor natural to take supplements or steroids. You are what you are, why plump that up artificially?

Nothing wrong with supplements, they are natural and safe enough, well they would not sell them in H&B if they were not safe.
And as for steroids, i personally have never took then or will, but i do not judge people who do, they know the side effects and safety issues and it is up to them!
I know a guy who has took them for over 20 years now, and gets regular check ups and he isin great shape! for a 50 year old!

Steroids is a whole different ballgame - you can't lump them in with a discussion on supplements.
To answer the original question - MetRX - seems to do the job.

Don't need to justify it to anyone
Just dispelling some myths, that's all.
Are you one of these people who considers steroids inherently dangerous..?

look at most of the top bodybuilders, in particular ronnie coleman. they have powerlifting backgrounds and/or they lift heavy in 1-5 rep range primarily (powerlifting style training) based around squat/bench/dead.
looking pretty is about diet.
if ever you see a really big powerlifter go on a strict cutting diet, they always always wipe the floor with everyone at a bodybuilding competition.

a sensible dose consistently gives the best, most solid gains with the least sides... if you are into this seriously. and lets face it, if you're not serious, why bother risking your body with steroids at all?
for your first year or 2 of steroids, cycling is fine. but if you are looking to be (say) 260lbs @ 8%, you will struggle to achieve that without staying on... unless you are a very lucky ******* when it comes to genetics.

well thats why i said smart ones do why lose a huge chunk of your gains, why? theres is no reason unless you screwed yourself with huge doses to start with.

not so, receptors can start to degrade in as little as a week, continuing with larger doses only clog the receptors even more, the most successful cycles imo are short term of any one type of gear. and off time is equally important, its the same as overtraining

agreed a sensible dose but imo not for too long
