Chip getting fair disclosure and a peek at that Almighty video evidence means you have to take them all onbig time. They will do everything in their power and issue all threats possible to try to roll you over before they are forced to disclose their evidence and proof - as is your legal and human right to see.
The IMMEDIATE response to a 'dare' to request to see such basic proof is that you will be punished much more severely if you venture to do so - even if you ultimately actually agree with the evidence and change your plea to guilty. This to me is a huge abuse of the principles of justice and the legal process. It's all centered around turnover and mass prosecution volume issues.
As I've said before many of us have seen LTi 20:20 videos of brick walls travelling at 120mph, and Hedgehog mentions many more examples of increasing injustice.
Whilst I remain surprised at the simplistic cocky and finger pointing attitudes by some here [just THEY try getting 3 points for doing 67 whilst overtaking safely in a 60...] this is not about denying culpability. This is about positively PROVING it openly and clearly in front of all and beyond reasonable doubt... Those were the days![Frown](images/smilies/frown.gif)

Highlights the probs with cameras really - would a copper have pulled you for doing 84 in the same circumstances ? unlikely as on most motorways the fast lane generally travels at around 80 ish when the roads are clear ( and you dont see the police stopping ALL the cars in the fast lane ! ) - in the circumstances I doubt it was dangerous unless the driver was right up someones backside or half cut.
Get a camera detector - not expensive and even if you only switch it on when you are on unfamiliar roads or the motorway ( I never turn mine on locally, or in 30's or 40's as I just stick to the limit or go with the flow of the other traffic ) it could save a few points.
