You really do appear to be brainwashed when it comes to your beliefs with reference to NL and your hero. The truth is that they were left with the economy ready to recover from a world recession and apart from giving control of the interest rates to the Bank they have done nothing else but to waste it all on ridiculous, wasteful, and inappropriate government spending which they have been supporting by vicious taxation and borrowing. The big black hole is about to come to light and then watch the tax rises!
Your rude and insulting answer to UB was also wrong and as was said you are hardly qualified to tell us how the country should be run when you have not lived here for 12 years or so.
Your description of your night out apart from not being very entertaining since we see so much of that sort of thing over here and it will only get worse by relaxing the drinking laws, was also difficult to see any sort of a point behind it.
The main reasons behind relaxing the drinking laws is yet another ill thought out attempt to get some sort of popular kudos from the electorate but basically to make even more cash from the enormous increase in the cost of the extended licences.
We are all getting fed up of this sorry bunch trying to control our lives completely with more and more meaningless pettifogging regulations.
