Bit of a cheek asking for 100%, they've only sold three things ever and nothing in the past year.
I wouldn't spend 25 grand on anything from someone who's only done three sales.

All hes done is sabbotage his own auction. People with money to spend will look elsewhere simply because you know hes going to be grief.
