i went to superdrugs yesterday they had this carb blocker

it blocks carbs from starchy food, can this be true or just b-o-l-l-oc-ks

so many blokes at the gym seem to be obsessed with bulking up-you know the big 15-18 stone lumps that never go near cardio stuff have big guts as well, poor muscle definition but strutt around as if they look **** hot! These sort at the gym i go to never seem to diet( theyve been fat and lumpy for years) so whats that all about? I understand that from a health view, athletic muscular is the way to go and it definately is looks wise so ideally your bodyfat percentage should be around 11-12% not 22%!

Not everyone trains for looks, the gym I went to had the same type of people, untoned, stocky, but incredibly strong doing purely strength training. They were mainly builders, some were amature power lifters. Some benched weights that I use to do squats!
