To follow up about $hitty-link, awaiting a parcel of wireless comms @ work, was loaded onto a $hitty-link van @ 8:35 this am, $hitty-link van just turned up outside the office, 2 monkeys spend 15minutes looking for parcels, close the door, and drive away - guess that'll be another "lost" parcel then! b4stards! Wish I would have checked who ebuyer use as couriers!

I also sold a mobile on eBay about 18 months ago, and the buyer (way down on the south coast of england) never received it. CityLink couldnt supply me with a signature, so i filled in a claim form & they refunded me in full (but it took 15 weeks to do this). I had already refunded the buyer & had the phone blocked.

We had used CityLink for a good couple of years before this incident & had never had a problem. Lady @ my local branch asked if i'd entered the correct description in the "Description of Contents" box on the manifest sheet - when i said yes (i'd put "Mobile Phone") she said never to do that as any of the drivers & depot workers would see this and that would probably be why it went missing. She said to always mark it as something of low value like broken spectacles or something.

Your details sounds like a scam to me too, i'd recommend being VERY sure of your facts before offering him a refund.

As soon as a buyer starts mentioning partial refunds etc... you know its a scam - no honest buyer would - he knows he been sussed and is just hoping to get what he can out of it.

Ignore the rest of his emails.
