My mrs drives a Rav 4 diesel, hates driving the Impreza as she is only small and finds the seats a bit awkward for looking over shoulder etc. Suits me that way

Just got me thinking what partners of Scooby people drive?
Nissan Micra here...1 litre.. "S". If there was ever a more deceiving badge for a car....
Anyone's Missus have a Scooby - complete Scooby family that is?
Ahh..I can overtake and get up hills again!

New one drives a Polo, trying to persuade her that an Elise would be a nice substitute. Old one had a 406 coupe' V6, quite nice.

Citroen C3 1.4LX. Much more economical than my Scoob and lot less insurance.
Got no power but the brakes are fairly good.

My girlfriend lets me choose her cars for her and therefore she has a MK2 Golf GTI when she passed her test (scary, I should mention it took 6 times for her to pass!) then Toyota celica GT4 Carlos Sainz, then supercharged mx5 and now Lotus Elise MK1. Not a bad collection as she is still only 24.

Mk5 Golft GTi (1.8 Turbo), very good low down but at 3000 rpm you go the opposite way to the scoob and lurch forwards when the turbo runs out of puff!!.
