Boring Prophet: There shall in that time be rumours of things going astray, erm, and there shall be a great confusion as to where things really are, and nobody will really know where lieth those little things with the sort of raffia-work base, that has an attachment. At that time, a friend shall lose his friend's hammer, and the young shall not know where lieth the things possessed by their fathers that their fathers put there only just the night before, about eight O'clock.

Genius.. again..

I have to say I think Mel Gibson's remake of Life of Brian was nowhere near as funny.

Yea, verily, at that time, it is written in the book of Obadiah. A man shall strike his donkey and his nephew's donkey and anyone in the vicinity of his nephew or the donkey.

My favourite character in the whole film

Along with....

"We've got lumps of it 'round the back ! "

He'll be there, but you can start on those two anyway, just for the sake of it

Yes he can..

WYIOC Constitution. Chapter 16 Para 9 Sub para 3c.

'Committee members, including oppressed minorities, are expressly allowed after written or verbal ratification with a senior committee member (senior in this context does not refer to the persons age), including oppressed minorities, at all times to enforce attendance to meets with physical violence.

This violence should stop short of killing the person as the paperwork can be overwhelming and the Police will no doubt ask some awkward questions. Techniques can be obtained from the ‘WYIOC Initiation Ceremony Handbook’ where Dazza’s section on ‘Inflicting Maximum Pain’ will be the most useful. His further section on ‘Fun With Vaseline’ can also be read to offer some humorous insights into his nocturnal activities as well as giving you some fascinating and worthwhile combinations.

If said WYIOC member continues to refuse and wishes further advanced techniques to be employed on their person, Committee status should be offered.

Please maintain full written details on the outcome of such enforcement and remember that photos evidence is mandatory.'

... and just in case anyone is wondering...

The cleverly 'out of focus' machinery in the background is subject to universal patent no. 40058673, and is registered to a certain Mr. A. Cooke of Wakefield (Nee Birmingham) under the title of 'Universal Gimp (AKA S & M) mask fabricator'

Working examples can be bought directly from the manufacturer for a shade over £10,000 +VAT, although the machine pictured can handle up to four masks simultaneously, embroidering each with it's own unique logo courtesy of any .eps file, and can produce up to 30 items per head (machine head, that is) per hour.

Interested parties please contact www.gimpmasksuk.co.uk for further details, or simply ask Al at the next meeting.

..when is the next meet, BTW? Isn't it time we had a thread up and running
