Al, it's known as sophisticated Yorkshire humour - foreigners can't pick up on the nuances...

 

It's so sophisticated that its epicentre is located within a 400 cm radius of Sticky's bathroom.....

 

So it wasn't just me who thought he'd missed it and that the 'humour' was virtually non-existant?

N=5 is Apple's subtleties which are fantastically subtle & small..... N=1, on the teeny weeny dot, is where we start Stickies..

 

I can't make sense of that chart without some reference to scale.

I mean, n5 could be the diameter of a golf ball or the orbit of Pluto around the sun (okay, bad example as it's nowhere near elliptical enough) but you get the idea.

Please try and supply more information the next time you make a feeble attack on my subtle humour nuances

Hi mate, unfortunately can't make the trackday . .may try pop along in the afternoon to spectate! Car has to go to fund my house purchase . . so will be running around in a nice cheap car for a while

Car is not advertised yet . . want to try hang on to it until the New Year if possible . . get some benefit out of the money i've spent on it!

 

A house purchase is a good reason to be moving on. At least it's not redundancy or anything. You do right getting some use out of it though Shame you won't be on track

 

In case anyone does want to head down from (opposite) Brickworks on Thurs, I'll leave there at 19:00.

Noticed you'd cropped up on a thread (that ran for over 2 years ) and had the same prob. Been to KT Green's twice and they came back with 'it's one of those things' - it's one of those thing's that's doing my nut in

Now I can help with this one.

Ours was going the same way, so we went down to the new dealerin Doncaster last week. No fuss, no hassle, the guy went straight out to the car, tugged on the back wheel, said 'yup, we know what that is, and they usually go within a couple of thousand miles of one another so I'll order you a pair of new shockers'

He called yesterday to say they'd arrived and the car's booked in on Friday, complete with courtesy car for the day, all under warranty. Most impressed.

 

After last year's do when you and I got a little carried away with the fancy dress, I thought you'd be giving it a miss...
