Personally the misses does the shopping, its mainly becuase I posses the unique talent of being able to fill a trolly to the point where I have raised the center of gravity to a dangerous level, have spent the equivalent of a small countries national GPD but still have nothing in the house to eat once ive un-packed it all. 54 different spices in small jars, 125 packets of instant something or other and at least 14 different pickles and chillie sauces, you get the idea.
But I did have my first Tesco trip about a month ago, they just opened one a few miles from us, I live in one of those rural, full of farm shops and market kinda places. And to be honest was quite impressed with two for one offers and the range of produce availible, but I spent a fair bit more than I expected to, don't know if its becuase I got greedy with the offers or that it just wasn't as cheap as it at first appears, so its back to Asda for me as well (although do support the local producers).

This thread is livening up. Of course all who live on big shops of processed food from supermarkets are 'scum'. I'm enjoying a wonderful and varied harvest from my vegetable garden atm.

I'm a goat man myself and could see myself moving to pigs eventually. Don't have space for either at the moment so I have to make do with roast scoobynetters!
