I'd also say it could be a UK spec car as it has the stars on the badge on the front grille and it doesn't have a seperate rear fog light - something it would need to get through a SVA test if it was an import.
The roof spoiler is a STi version or a replica, if it has two oval covers in the top of it then it is a genuine item and worth some money, I'd swap you for mine and give you some cash if it is a genuine one, but other people on here have already offered.
If it was mine I'd buy a matching STi replica waist spoiler - I was involved in a group buy on here for some recently, the company we delt with may still hold the price, you won't find any others cheaper - if you can find another company that does them at all. See the thread here for more details:

The STi waist spoilers are deeper and have squarer corners than the non-STi versions.
I'd keep the rear lights myself, as they look better than the orange UK ones - I'd swap them with you if I lived nearer. Re-fit the roof bars and you'll have a motor that looks better than standard.
