Hope you get someone in soon mate....

Sorry mate, wasn't implying that you were at fault at all........just checking all the options...as sometimes it's hard for a boss to see just how he's coming across to staff, however, if the boy's a knobber, then he's a knobber

You do get them......I caught one of the temps I had in last quarter stealing a huge **** off pack of Kenco coffee that would only be any use in a vending machine

The joys of being a boss

Good luck with the car wash

Yve

And thats just how the Managers treat their staff.

Im not sure about the specifics of this case. But I happen to know that many Managers dont give 2 "poos" about their staff, until they decide not to come in. They can ignore them, not know their name. And pass them over for promotion or bonuses. But the second they dont come in its all the employees fault.

Not that the manager wasnt doing his job correctly in actually managing his staff, and seeing what any problems were before it got to the stage where the employee felt he/she had no option but to walk out.
