Nothing wrong with Starship Troopers IMHO
Another Paul Verhoven si-fi-eye-candy film with lots of blood, killing and tounge-in-cheek humour.

Saving Ryan's Privates
Someone told me this was one of the greatest war films ever created. You can imagine my disappointment when the only explosions going on were against and entirely different type of mountains.

Lost InTranslation
What was all THAT about ? I love Bill Murray but then he goes and gives us this! Life Aquatic is forgivable, but this is just tosh.

I must have a very broad taste in films, most of the films mentioned i actually liked, apart from torque, sent g/f to blockbusters once - she thought she would choose a film for ME bless her lol

Matrix - good
LOTR - excellent
Starship troopers - funny - was never meant to be a good film just a laugh imho
Love actually - very good (for a chick flick)

Worst films for me

Blair witch - need i say anymore
Alexandre - only got half way through then had enough

will update list shortly

A 2nd for Love Actually. Sat through it with gritted teeth; it was so contrived, obvious, fluffy and devoid of any quality film making ability.
Girlfriend quite liked it though

I must have cr@p taster then as half of the films in the thread i really like!!

Matrix is my favourite film for a start!

agree with open water, never been so bored, did get to see the womens hairy growler though so cant be the worst!

alot of the ones people seem to hate are the ones that arent supposed to be taken seriously.

anyone seen Airborne??? guy from short circuit is in it, honestly never laughed so much in my life, it is THAT bad, worth buying just to watch it when ever you want cheering up!

Blade - The biggest waste of 2 hours out of my life I can remember.
Titanic - Nuff said.
Home Alone - Utter crapola.
Mr Deeds - The cast and crew deserve to be boiled in oil for their involvement in this.

Anyone seen Space Truckers? The story is lifted very loosely from the 2000AD stories and it even has Dennis Hopper (one during his "dark days"!) and quite a well known english guy as the baddie.

Truly shocking - and this is coming from someone who will watch anything - I didn't think Battlefield Earth was that bad so that should tell you how bad Space Truckers is.

Agree with someone saying Moulin Rouge above. Even if a film is $hite I insist on still watching it... but Moulin Rouge I could not watch it.

Suprised nobody has mentioned Chicago. Tried to watch this on a flight to the states, made the flight seem like it was a long haul flight to mars FFS! All involved in that film have earned a right to have a horrible death
