So, you bunch of half-wits ...... whats your issue??
It was NOT a public party - it was a party for members!!
Game, set and match again to me - it would appear??
This is simply too easy ...... are there any people of equal intellect on here??
Pete
If you WERE a member and WERE invited to the party, only to find that the host was standing in front of the guests lying his head off would you expect to be thrown out for pointing this fact out?
Like the gentleman in question, being a member of more 'mature' years Pete, would you take umbrage at being manhandled out of scoobynet for screaming and carrying on as you do?

I leave it to other members of SN to scream and carry-on ...........................
The chap was 5 years older than me, but - could easily have been stronger in his views than me!!
He was stating an opinion, not fact, and was asked to leave - he didn't - so was removed. Can't see what the issue is??
No mention of the Tory party .......... 99% of THEM are older than the Labour chap!!

Age isn't the issue here, the issue is that the man was a Labour Party member and had a right to be there and to express his opinion, much like you do here. The only difference being that they had to physically eject him because they knew he spoke the truth, whereas your guff can usally be dismissed verbally within the space of 2 or 3 exchanges!

The main issue is that he was held under anti-terroism laws. Something the labour party said would never happen.
Abuse of power.
Police state.

Err, Pete you've got some simple things incorrect, again.
The party is arranged by the members FOR the members. It's NOT Tony's party that they've been invited too. Wolfgang has as much right to be there as TBLiar.
Anyway, it seems like you are well and truly ON YOUR OWN in this one. We're all in disagreement with you, the Labour party disagrees with you, Tony Blair disagrees with you (otherwise he'd have not apologised surely). Actually, to be fair there is ONE person who's with you and that the dumb bouncer

Not only was he a party member and entitled to criticise Labour policy statements as other NL politicians said when pressed by the media, but he would also have had to pay the £85 that all party members had to pay to attend the conference!
NL even has a stealth tax for its own members then!
