If that ever happens again, ie your own team C4'ing a vehicle cos they want it - let me or Mortuum know - thats an instance kick + possible ban if repeat offence.

There is no queue system as such, it just whoever gets there first really.
Obviously, most of the SNAFU guys will tend to back off if they see someone waiting - but joe public is rarely as polite.

I had the similar thing whilst hanging around the pad on Surge. Someone on my team decided to start shooting me. In the panic ended up killing one of the SNAFU guys by mistake not sure who though. So sorry guys did not mean it.

Puff - the server auto kicks idlers after 5 mins - unfortunately on the client side it gets registered as a 'kick' - so nothing personal chap mate.

Andys - I'm sure they didn't take it personally - whats your ID again?

F2 normally Puff depening on the type of vehicle.

Normally F1 is the driver, F2 is the gunner and then F3-F6 are passenger seats.

What EF worked elsewhere or BF2 only?

The most common cause of EF issues is the user having signed up with the wrong GAMESPYID (ie not their BF2 account).

The whole Euro Force ordering and installation process is confusing.

I have not even played Euro Force since I got Special Forces, I love it.

No - elsewhere I was able to play but not EF but tbh I didn't try a server that had it on.

My EA D/loader account name is not the same as PuffTMW but in the d/load process it asks for your BF2 name which is PuffTMW, so I put that in.

Don't need to re-patch or some such do I?

Oh yes! Patch 1.22 (full) needs to be applied post EF install.

FFS

Not just the incremental?

Not 1.21 then incremental?

You mean I have to d/load 300+MB more to get this thing to work?

Puff the incremental will work fine as long as you were patched pre- EF install.

I was 1.22 before the install

So what does that mean I should do?

I believe EF came out pre 1.22 hotfix so you need to reapply the 1.21-1.22 patch.

I'm not convinced EF includes 1.21 either... but not sure.

But it does include a lower patch than 1.22, which overwrites 1.22 files.

Thats why I suggest 1.22 full patch post EF install - that should work regardless of what you have installed.
