Hi folks. Hope you do not mind me joining in. I am a moderator on a CTR forum and organised a Civic Type R group thrash that is going in the magazine after this current issue, I also have a Scooby, well it is the wifes...the one that was in J Tuner with the pigeon stuck in the scoop .
Tiny, have to add that I had some of the same issues as you did. Only 8 places and I had to pick a range of cars (being all EP3 thrash ment I had to pick a balance based on tuning styles and levels of tune). So I picked 4 N/A and 3 F/I.
Needless to say even before we went word got around and a few nasty comments were posted on other forums, the bottom line is you cannot keep everyone happy, and you cannot take everyone you want. All I could do was choose cars based on what I thought would gave a fair representation of the CTR and what you can achieve whether you spend £500 or £5000.
Aanyhoo you are discussing the wrong thing, I'd be more concerned at how a bunch of FWD Civics managed to net higher top speeds than you lot, also the 1/4's were very close (I'll ignore the 0-60 times as you guys cheat with 4wd ). I blame the low top speed numbers on the pink sweatshirts....Heck even I managed 152.8 mph and I drive like me mum.
Only joking btw, the feature looks great and I would gladly loose a kidney for a Spec C

dancing my ****
do they think they are "madness" or something
the "magnificent seven" ish
that is just "one step beyond"
this is becoming an "uncle sam" type dictatorship
i never thought it would be such a "grey day" in the life of the ESC
in fact i think it is an "embarrassment" to be associated with you
i joined this club because "i like driving in my car"
not standing "in the rain" listening to you lot moan
even "my girl" wishes you would all "shut up"
this place should be a "house of fun"
you dig me for my bald head and my "baggy trousers"
well let me tell you "tomorrows just another day"
i wont be the one having the "cardiac arrest"
i will "return(of the lost palmas 7)" on "the night boat to cairo" and become the "prince(buster)"
budgie aka"michael caine"
