Parking

Agree with Sipie ...but also fit a concrete bollard right on the adjacent corner of your bay, that way itll be a right pain for him to continue to park like a d1ck ...& hopefully will cause a fair few scrapes & dents!
...& then park somewhere else, to really **** him off!

mickey, i will be in the same position at the end of the month, as the flat i'm in has been vacant for a few weeks and people have been chancing parking there.
my last resort will to be buy a clamp and print my own warning sign up.
however, when people see my sinister car parked there, i dont think there will be much of a problem.
as for van man, i'm sure a few "door" based chips should make him aware.
or failing that, take some pictures of the van "mis-parked" and report him for obstructive behaviour.
thats what this country is renowned for "human rights"!!!
use them!!!
and good luck.
failing that, pull him out the van and bat him over the head a few times!!! (just kidding)

I had this problem where I used to live. Ignorant b*stards. They wouldn't come and park in your garage if you had one just because you're not using it at the time when they want somewhere to park - why should they think it's ok to park in your space.

You can give him one last chance to do the honourable thing. Leave another note, this time a little bit more blunt. Something along the lines of :-
"Hi, thanks for listening, but unfortunately the space you have left makes it impossible for a 17 stone, 6'5" broadshouldered ex boxer to squeeze out of. Please be a good chap and give me enough space next time. I hope this is the last time I have to disturb you."
Hope your not 5 foot nothing and built like a ballerina!

im 6`1 and i am a mere 16 stone
i do have a shaved head tho, will that count for any extra points
been back today to take my brand spanky new washing machine over, van was once again parked over towards the right with no other spaced around him taken , my dad had a look and said that he couldnt get his mini mpv thing in there either.
sumbody was listening to the window on the second level, not sure if it was the "culprits" or not so i said (quite loud)
"IF HE KEEPS ON DOING IT I WILL BUY A £30 SCRAPPER, BLOCK HIM IN AND CHUCK THE FUKCEN KEYS IN THE TYNE RIVER"
if it was not this bloke who was listening, then im sure word will get back to him anyway.
CCTV is now hooked up to the bedroom window, which happens to be right outside my parking space (what luck ) it time stamps the footage and will auto record a vcr if anybody comes into view (can see this being handy!?!)
i think it records sound as well (now that i think about it, used to use it at work)

Oh dear, someones gonna get their head kicked in
Who's gonna run a book on which neighbour gets the hump with him first? (I am aware there's only grief with 1 neighbour at the mo)
Why not just be friendly? Its a bit late now I know
