I Hit 100 ***** down the range the other day with no pain ( Well just a little )
But it was bearable , It's better whilst im moving about & Not sat still ( Apparently whilst im moving the imflamation gets dispersed & Does not push on the nerve , Witch in turn causes the pain ...
Ok Phil
Whilst i have your attention , Im thinking of starting an ESC Golfing Society , How does this sound with you all ?
Will be along the lines of
1. 18 Holes AM
2. Lunch
3. 9 Holes PM
Prerhaps play every 1 or 2 Months ( Ditfferent courses ) , But it would need to be played DURING THE WEEK ( So a day off work would be reqd )
Would need a Handicap secretary as well
Prizes etc..
Thoughts plz guys

18 holes before Lunch? thats an early start or a late lunch.
If you need help to arrange, I would be happy to assist.
Cheers
