Polecat I reckon, they have a darker mask. Mink are generally darker in colour, Stoats have a black tip to the tail and Weasels are usually smaller, more russet in colour with a white breast.
Could be a Ferret?

I had the exact same critter living in my garden.
If you want a close look put a bag of bird seed nearer the window and wait. It won't matter if the furry fella isn't hungry as it's not the seed he'll be after.
