so to simplify things,
can the Typhoon engage itself in ground attack?
the answer is yes it can regardless of how good or bad it does it. According to the compiled spec of the fighter, one of its missions is to be able to carry out ground attack as its secondary mission and that would make sense. Why would you have such an expensive project that is said to be a 5th generation fighter with multi role capabilities yet have ground attack as a primary mission lol. Wouldnt make sense,
