Those were the days, wrestling on a Saturday afternoon on The World of Sport with Dickie Davies.
I remember Mick MacManus and Giant Haystack, sure it wasn't his real name though

The Big Daddy one was when I realised it was all an act. I'd been to see the live show in Aylesbury, then a couple of weeks later saw the same show on TV... but it was a different location. Never went again, posters were rolled up in a cupboard, my Mum had them framed for me as a Christmas present one year, I love 'em.

Ultimate Warrior was great. Used to love the WWF back when I was a kid.
I quite enjoyed WCW when one of the guys was ripping off The Crow and would decent on a wire at the end and beat the crap out of everyone with a baseball bat.
Went pap again when he started to wrestle properly though.
Then Owen Hart died whilst WWF tried to copy the entrance

Yeah the Ultimate Warrior was pretty good, numerous come backs where no one wanted to fight him cause he was to 'strong'.
The Rockers
The Beefcake. The hairdresser with shears
The Legion of Doom were good to.
The Shayman?, the weird black magic bloke.
Berserker.
Honky Tonk Man
The Anvil, Jimmy the other half of the original Heartfoundation.
Andre the Giant.
and the gobby gits Jimmy heart and the commentator Bobby can't remember his name.
