seem to remember a fight sid was in with goldberg (i think) and the ref had to stop the match as sid had got such a bad cut on his head he lost loads of blood and nearly fell over
the interview after was done in black and white as he was still pissing blood from his head for a long time after
haloween havok or something like that rings a bell, any ideas?

The names of all the oldies don't 'arf bring back some memories. Great time was had at the Royal Albert Hall in the 60s watching some of them in action - only ther was no commentary like on a Saturday afternoon on ITV. Can't put names to faces all the time, though. Who were the 'Mexican' brothers - were they Mexican and were they brothers? And who can forget Princess Paula?

Yes they were all talented in different ways, and yes the "sport" carries a certain element of risk, but you could count on a couple of fingers those who died as a result of "wrestling risks"
Most of the passings are through substance abuse of some description and the associated lifestyle and not as a direct result of wresting.
