I would normally recommend the TD05-16G for 320-340bhp conversions.
The TD05-18G is well suited to cars with a 7000 rpm limit as it can pull maximum boost slightly earlier than a 20G and holds it longer than the 16G
The TD05-20G is suited to a higher rev limit as the flow keeps going where an 18G would start to tail off at the very top end of the rpm range.

What would you recommend for a 2.5 Andy?

Whats the TD06-49 all about then? - I've heard of the 20G.

TD06-49 is a full size TD06 turbine wheel with a Garrett high efficiency 49lb compressor wheel running in the large 20G compressor housing.
Makes full boost by 3k rpm on a 2.5 and flows 50bhp more air than a 20G.
It would be a bit laggy on a 2.0 but I intend trying it on project WRX at some stage.

Andy

Is the difference in price between the two massive?
