Andy was in his 210mph car. It had panel damage to about every panel, mainly due to the fence he went through I believe. He also has no roll cage in that car. He seemed ok when he drove the car back to the parking area.

The standing water on the strip was a joke/dangerous. I think everyone was being slowed down by at least 0.5s over the quarter. Every puddle you went through felt like someone was stamping on the brakes.Trying to keep it straight was also a feat in itself.

I was going to go to Shakespeare raceway, but by the sounds of it, it was the same.

Glad that machinery was the only casualty. What was the time for the car's last run?

11.1 i think Pavlo ran a 10.9 in the dying seconds to win the RWYB

i'd like to think the standing water knocked at least a second off peoples time, i did a 13 dead

The difference being, you wouldn't be allowed to run at a proper dragstrip unless the surface was clean, dry and prepped.

that'll do me

what pissed me off were the chavs (yes i hate that word too, but that's what they were) that gathered round thinking it was 'well wicked' that Andy had totalled his car

Other good thing is, the engine and transmission is ok

Few damaged wheels and panels though..

Was very scary to watch and has made my mind up about fitting a cage.

I went with some mates (they know him, I don't) to see if he was OK and glad he was. I definately aren't a chav.
I did have some chavs, complete with burburry baseball cap asking me to do some donuts in the car park for them. I politely told them NO!
