Seriously Andy - quite right on the wrc prodrive wing, you don't see many at all!
are there going to be many kids there?

Dunno about any kids coming, apart from the big kids with their big kid toys
But the pub does cater for kids and old people, so Danny F is covered both on the pulling front and his peer group I'll leave you to decide which is which...
And yes, likely to have a few puddles, like the one on the perbrite (SP!) bends we encountered last time...
l8r, Alex

Chizz, there will be shed loads.....there always is.
My thanks go to Steve Lawson for fixing my scoob today. Funny actually as apon my arrival at Steves place I see a dark haired chap wearing a cap turning my scoob around. I dash from Dr Evils P1 to see if its Steve and its not....its some dodgy looking bloke who I confront. "Allo mate" I say in deep Dave Courtney accent, "you know Steve do ya?.."Er yeah" in a hesitant voice the chap replies (could be the big hooded ganster jumper i have on or the fact that Alex is sat behind me in his beast with tinted glass looking menacing and very Bronx like)...This aids my concerns cause clearly this is a chap steve knows, however this bloke must think we are going to "do him" so I introduce myself as the owner (lol) and he relaxes Steve rushes to the door and says "Christ, I heard you arrive and was concerned that Ronnie and Alex were not giving you a good pasting for driving off in his scoob!" Would we ever?! Er well yeah, maybe but he was lucky and thankfully it was one of Steves mates who helped him get my car right...
Mysterious problem resolved and thanks to Steve and Alex (for the lift...you da man Dr Evil) its back and hunting down old aged pensioners in their Montego 2.0litres from the lights
Thanks guys, people like you should be cloned so there are more of ya!
Nice one
Happy as larry

Ronnie - no worries mate, anytime! Have to try to remember the route we took back, seemed a little quicker
Steve Lawson - I'll chat to you Sunday about the downpipe stuff and HKS upgrade I'm looking at
I feel well ruff today, that quiet drink with the misses last night, ended with us bumping into some mates and endding up in the cheeziest club in guildford.. arrghh..
See ya Sunday. Alex
PS. Rich_R - i dread to think what you've been up to!

Hi Guys
Sadly cant make it this week-end as we're off to the Autosport show at the NEC but will meet up with you all next month - hopefully you'll have the perfect route mapped by then!
Rich_R, Ronnie, Alex, Tony .... maybe meet up before next month at Bagshot again one evening(?) - mail me.
Have a good day on Sunday guys (and watch those Pirbright bends - they're some of the best )
Jo & Dave

OK Jo - then we can all go to your favorite club across the road
Alex - more of those locals from up north I am working on getting her to bring her friend along as well this weekend. 50:50 chance at the moment
If only they were Norwegian

Folks,
Just a question, is this typically a driver only thing or do you bring your other 1/2s with you ?
Just wondering if I should bring mine along or will she get bored in 30 seconds flat (she is a bit of a petrol head, but not as much as the folks on here)
cheers

MIP,
the idea is it is a meeting for all concerned, driver, other half, and kids, the pub in question is friendly to all...
I'm bring my other 1/2 along, and so is Ronnie I believe.. Chuckster brought his wife and kids last time..
Its a really pleasant pub by a lake, that serves good food and drink. Reason for the noon start is make sure we all get somewhere to sit, there was no problem last time and there was more than 30 people.
Feel free to bring other 1/2s, mates, kids etc.. but not pets such as dogs, they arent allowed in.. (Danny F - please resist from commenting ).
Those that are interested usually pop out after lunch and take a look at the cars, those that arent stay in the pub chatting. And also a little drive should be set up for after lunch too for those that want to, then back to the pub for a coke before heading home.
Hope to see you there, Alex
ANY PROBS FINDING THE PLACE, CALL ME 07887932233

May I be so bold as to ask whether someone driving an Integra is welcome?
I wouldnt be able to confirm attendance at this point, but Id be keen to come along in a purely car enthusiasts capacity, and take a look at the Scoobie's you all have.

Alex, you've got mail!
I'll bring a few bits and pieces along so if anyone is interested in the gearlever surrounds for pre98 or post98 models then be sure to bring £89.99 and if you want gearknobs £44.99, you can see what they look like at

That would be my car then Sunil
p.s. If my g/f reads this she'll get the wrong idea and I'll make sure you join me in a shallow grave
(well not in the same grave, but a similar one nonetheless)
integra...we'll be travelling up the M20/M26 so if you want to join up then drop me a mail...will probably have the other integra with us, if you want to mail him direct, I've told him to sign up to scoobynet but he still hasn't then mail him at R1NTR@purehonda.com
He's a bit of a practical joker so anyone else who wants to mail him with "sign up to scoobynet you muppet!" you're welcome!!
