Some sketches are weaker than others, but overall it's pretty good.

I'm so glad I have a varied sense of humour, I find it highly amusing and as a lowbrow half hour piece of entertainment, it fills the slot adequately.
So come on then, please tell us all what amazing high brow humour plays have you all watched or partaken in over the last few weeks ?

imho
funny: only fools and horses, fast show, blackadder 2 onwards, young ones, harry enfield, jack dee, lee evans, red dwarf 1-7, rah rah rah
unfunny: little britain, blackadder 1, erm, can't think of many others.

Thre's an element of embarassment to most of the sketches that makes Little Britain sort of dangerous in toe curling way. I might be getting old but I find it hard to watch Ruth Maddock from Hi de Hi talking about "fisting"?

Whats even less funnier than the "comedy show" is the halfwits who keep doing the catch phrases! It's not fukcing funny!
You end up becoming Colin from the Paul Whitehouse show!
Dave, you cant beat Russ Abbott for a bit of comedy

Extremely funny and original, there's something for everyone so i can't understand why people don't like it.
Has a huge cult following and has won many comedy awards, i think the haters must be in the minority.
3,2,1 you're back in the room

Personally, I think it's over-rated and sometimes rather annoying. A couple of the sketches are good though; I like the Fat Fighters and the Hypnotist.

Put it this way at least they can broadcast this sort of material..
If it were banned as suppose it's not exactly PC then you the scoobynetters would be up in arms
I find it a change from the "BBC's My Family" type of comedy

I think a major factor in liking these sort of programmes (little britain, the office, bo selecta etc.) is that you've got to get in there before they become too mainstream and the subsequent series come out - watch it from day one. They all have a limited lifespan and the most enjoyable part is appreciating something that few other people are aware of. I used to love bo selecta but have enjoyed each series less and less, and I thought "a bear's tail" was a bit of a let down (only watched a couple).
I love it though, and like a few other people on this thread who have actually talked some sense rather than dismissing it as 'cr@p' just because they don't find it funny, I appreciate that we all like different things. Some of us just have a wider sense of humour!
Some people like to watch little britain, de do do de do,
Other people don't really like it that much, de do do de do,
I've got a good idea,
I'm off out for a beer,
I'll be so good for........ scoobynet

To all the Little Britain haters - You are in good company, err with the politically correct Lesley Woolnough, executive director of Incontact, an incontinence charity.
