Just so you guys know, it's this Sunday!!
Anyway, might have a couple of Clio 172's, a Nissan 200SX, an Elise, a Sunny GTIR, Integra's and I dare say a couple of different cars as well.
Being petrolheads, rather than car snobs, I'm sure this is not an issue!

I've arranged to meet up with Nito (should we vote him SE region co-ordinator or something ) so i'll be along Sunday. Haven't they got a kart track at Sandown too...
Hayden - saw your motor today in Broadstairs, very nice! What happened to the cr@ppy old Prelude? did you thrash it to death?
See y'all Sunday

Chizz,
Sorry you felt ignored , but there were a lot of people there!
I try to meet new people, but if I get chatting there's no stopping me!
It wasn't intentional to move the meet away from the Quays, but you know the troubles we've had with the landlord!
I don't live round that way, so I found a venue closer to home.
Why not organise one round your way, and if I'm free, I will go!
Andy
PS - If you come along, find me and say Hello! (that goes to everyone!!)

Chizz,
I know it can be a little daunting when you see a load of owners who already know eachother talking but next time come along and say hello you'll be surprised how friendly we all really are!!
If you get stuck come and say hello...I've got the silver wagon with my name on the plate!

Hey Hey Subaru People....
Looking good to go, just need to confirm my route with Nito Sport, and for Chizz's information it's the Estate with N1 TOS as the numberplate, can't miss that, as it's what he is.
RussP:- Sold Gen 1 Prelude about 2 years ago, had a brief 3 month change to Alpha Romeo, and that was utterly useless in every way possible, then I bought the Integra. Had it about a year and a half I suppose.
Pasta Boy, how many R/C's are you bringing with ya?
See you all Sunday, look forward to it.
Be cool.
Hayden.

Alex,
Sorry to hear that!
I'm sure you did it for all the right reasons, and I hope you got a sensible amount of money for it.
Good luck for the future, and stay in touch mate!

Alex,
Sorry to hear it too. Ditto what Andy said, keep in touch, it would still be good to see you at the meets! Big thanks to you and Milly for all your help to the scoobynet community (raffle..establishing surrey meet etc..) I really hope that you can make it to some of the future events. At least stay on Scoobynet

Dr Evil....
No Whey, I thought you'd figured out a solution to prevent you from selling your P1.
Hey, no worries, I'm sure you making the most pragmatic decision for you both.
Still doesn't mean you can't come along though. I mean ****, I don't have a Subaru, and they still let me in.
Come along away, the cars are just an excuse for people to get together and have a good time. I know, if it is a problem for you, borrow one of Ronnies, as he has too many drive himself anyway.
We'll see you soon I'm sure. Big Hello to Millie.
Don't just vanish will you, stay in touch.
Be Cool.
Hayden.

Thanks guys, yup a number of events and plans have meant this move. I'm looking to get a perminant job for a couple of years so that I can progress career wise, thus the overhead of the gas guzzler was too much.
I will still check out this board and post
As for sensible money, put it this way, I'd have to chuck in a grand on top on what I'm getting for the P1 to pay for a new WRX
To me, the P1 was worth its wait in gold, hopefully its new owner will think the same
See you all soon, Alex

Its things like that which makes some people become disinchanted with the whole scooby scene and what comes with it. Thankfully, I dont give a monkeys what anyone drives (much the same as you lot) so Alex is always gonna be my mate Its good that he is sensible, and what he will miss for a few months, that little bugger will make up for when he returns. A 355 would not cause me much suprise
As for me this weekend, well...depends on how badly Nat wants to go. There is two supreme football games on Sunday, one of which is Aresnal-Spurs. I hate Arsenal so will be rooting for Mr Hoddles white army *only because he is a customer of ours * and might not be able to make it. If I do, I will pop along.
Yours, gutted for Alex
Ronnie

Hey Hey Subaru People....
Not long been back from the meet. Just wanted to say I thought it was another good one. Good to see all faces old and new.
Shame Ronnie etc couldn't make it. Oh well, no doubt there'll be another time.
Big Thanks to Andy for organising it. Will this be our regular monthly venue from now on? Or will it be subject to Market rotation at the track?
Be Cool.
Hayden.

Hayden,
Think you'll find some of us blotted our copybook at this venue and won't be invited back
Seriously .... Andy has other ideas up his sleeve ... so watch this space ...
Good to see lots of people again ....
Good to see that I bucked the trend ... being one of the only/few black Scoobies there

Great day!...even if I had a Black GtiR (the red one was damn quick when he took me for a spin). Had to go just after the meal...for the footie! Great cars, must ask for a ride in one of those P1's next time (i think i counted 3). Good friendly atmosphere, the look on those people when the convoy drove through Esher was something to remember.

Yes..thankyou Andy, all worries that this may not top the Quays meet were soon dispelled, the food was very good and it was an excellent venue!
Look forward to the next one.
As usual it was good to meet new faces even though I've forgotten all the new names! I've got one picture Rob, of Rebecca's famous anvil valve to be posted later!!

Good meet - not a bad turn out for the new venue. Shame I couldn't stay for the pub (demands of work ) - I would have loved to have seen the looks on the faces of the people in Esher - We're probably get banned from doing that next...
Look forward to the next one - perhaps on a day when they haven't got a major exhibition on at the racecourse
