thats ronnie coleman and hes the current mr olympia. hes over 40 years old and i think he used to be a police officer. but you got to appreciate his time and effort and dedication hes put in.

Fair play to 'clean' bodybuilders - not my thing, but can appreciate the effort, dedication etc
