seriously, tell her how you feel,.. she's going to get upset, and so will you..
just follow through with it,.... that's the hardest thing.
and no making any contact for at least a month. don't take her calls, don't reply to her sms's, emails etc.

Does she not have any friends that "you" get on with ??? Seriously ??
Make a pass at them, if it works then result & just keep moving onto another friend until one knocks you back & goes & tells, if she is any sort of women she will slap your dish & leave

You want to eat your cake and have it - if you're ending the relationship, it's you that should be moving out. Given the upset you're causing this woman, the least you can do is be a gentleman about it and remove yourself from the euqation.
It may well be that she has to sell up anyway if she can't afford to buy you out, but most people would probably think you a little on the hard-hearted side if you were to tell her that it's all over and she's the one who has to go.

they even called me on my cell all the way from london... to south africa, cape town.
but, it's all cleared up now.. so... it's all good.
i'm 26, and actually own a subaru.
imagine that. lol.
i'm also the south african wc club secretary, ie. i organise the events etc.
