If I went out with a schoolgirl I would get sacked, mainly because I work in a school...
They are fine for pointless conversation and looking at, but beyond that you would not want to spend too much time round them and there friends...

lol it wont last. She will either get on his nerves or once the novelty of him having a car, money etc wear off she'll leave him.
At 17 they are still little girls. I my self never found the attraction of such young girls. 21-25 is the best age for females.

I'm nearly 25 and my g/f has just turned 19. We've been together since she was 16 and I was 22
She's a lot more grown up than some of my x's and some of them were older than me
IMO it doesn't matter just because of the age it's more down to the individuals

So if the same 17 year old had left 'school' and went to 'college', would there be the same uproar and would this thread even exist ?
Would she keep the school uniform ?

As a bloke I couldn't meet a 16 year olds parents if I was 22. I'd feel I was lacking something!

mate of mine met his girlfriend 4 years agon, hes now 33 and she's 21, been engaged for about 6 months now, so to be honest think it proves that it can work.
not as bad as a 25 year old woman dating an 80 year old rich bloke

Seems to be a lot of people on this thread who are so short of self confidence that they feel they have to take the easy way out and get involved with impressionable children rather than someone closer to their own age!

The only people i have met who choose young girls are usually immature themselves, have low self asteem and do not get on easily/comfortably with their peers especially women of around their age

Well there's an 18 year old lass here at work and if you saw her body most red blooded males of any age would certainly have thoughts about what they would like to do. Genetics at work!

Hardly likely to meet through friends unless his friends are that way inclined. Friend of her fathers

It's hardly fair to categorise all teenage girls as giggling idiots. I can hold sensible adult conversations with the friends of both my teenage stepchildren, both male and female. Conversely I also know a fair few women in their late 20's and early 30's who fit so well into the vapid airhead slot that you'd think it was made for them.
For the record there is an 8yr gap between me & MrsD, and she's the cradle snatcher

Not saying they are giggling idiots but apart from 'superficial' conversation i find them not that interesting to talk to.
