Much easier and cost effective to just shoot them. Knowing they are no longer walking the earth might ease the pain of this lads parents very slightly?
Might sound harsh, but it is honestly the way I feel.

I would hazard a guess that I could call anyone from Pakistan a Muslim and be
right nearly all the time

So what they were drinking alchohol........they were bad muslims!

Are you trying to make the point that all Mulims are like this? Then you are way off the mark.
Please stop making your insulting generalisations.
Thanks.

Your all missing the point...
it works like this.
if a wh*te person with nonfaith or race kills a person of another race or faith, its a racist murder.
yet if it happens the other way round, it just a murder

Thats not the case. 'Calling' something racist does not make it so and vice versa. You know this deep down. Please stop stirring.

erm look at the thread title and the context.....
i,ve no more stirred than anyone else, so if you want to lob that comment, do it as a group post!!
so whats your take on this then...
what would it have been reported as, if the guys who did the kiling were white, and the guy who was killed was asian??
poeple kill people, and thats a fact, i dont recall ted bundy asking the faith or persuasion of his victims..
what we have again is the the controversy surrounding religion and politics, neither which are (scuse the pun) black or white

Its possible, but I dont think so, Mart can clarify if he wants to.
Yes, I was born and brought up as a Muslim, but I dont practice and therefore do not call myself one. Still doesn't mean I dont feel affected when someone makes negative generalisations about Muslims though, too much of that going on in the World, in the name of freedom, fighting terror, patriotism, etc etc.
This thread is not about religon, but people want to see it as being pertinent. From what I read this is clearly a racist murder, and a particularly horrible one.
Dont know why it wasn't reported more at the time, my only hope is because it may have been at the request of the Police, regarding their investigation. I certainly do not believe it was because he was 'only' a white man and his killers were Asian/Muslim etc - sad state of affairs if that is the case.
The victim could be someone like me, decent, law abiding type, minding his own business (my perception from the article) and in the wrong place at the wrong time, one of my worst nightmares.
I have made my views on the perpertrators clear already on this thread, so see no need to repeat.

If I felt a group post was appropriate, I would have done so. In actual fact, I have tried to deal with folks as individuals.
Regarding the thread title and poster him and I both know very well how the other feels about stuff like this and how we choose to communicate this is between us. So please dont feel you are being singled out.
Regarding your question, assuming the circumstances were identical, but the colours of those involved were reversed I would feel exactly the same as I have stated. I have elaborated my views regarding this elsewhere on this thread.
Your final point I agree with.

Just been reported on BBC news 24. Nothing mentioned about a race attack or what race the attackers or victim was. Looks like it was just a random killing, doesn’t seem as if they went out to kill a white guy suppose it could have been anyone.
