Given the chance would you say that to his friends and family now to their face? I am sure they would argue that he was a bit more than that to them. Although arguing with you would probably be the last thing on their mind

I think most of the criticism of Best can be put down to a common human emotion, jealousy.

Best lived his life with a don't care attitude, suiting himself, a lot of you try to replicate that by posting rebellious crap on here.

He achieved a lot - he was an amazingly talented footballer, had good looks, pots of money and girls adoration everywhere. I'm sure if we are all honest most of us wouldn't mind having a few of those qualities ourselves. Yes he had weaknesses like all humans. It's strange how as the scoobynet public we can forgive some people for their inadequacies but not others, Best is one person that many are not willing to forgive.

The fact is that whatever all the faceless usernames on here type and say he will still be remembered by many as the man he was on the pitch and not the man off it. Be that right or wrong history will dictate that's how it will be.

best was famous for LOADS of reasons - the reasons arent important, the fact there was planty of them gets him in the papers.

RB was someone that, outside of this little world, no one knew.
