WTF is it with all the fish. Criminal profilers will probably have deduced there is some mental link with caring for ones cherished fairground prize and thrashing the absolute pants of your scoob at the weekend. Next time your up in court on a speeding charge giving it all the usual 'yes i never normally speed ma lord, i allways abide by the law, help grannies across the road blah blah blah.........and just as the judge is thinking ahh what a nice lad, must have been an error of judgement, you blurt out how caring you are by looking after harmless wittle fishies, BANG down goes the hammer. Hang the b*******.

Immediate interests can only be described as sorting out this poxy first time house purchase....

After that when things return to normal, I play a lot of golf, football, pubs and beer really.

Oh yes, one more thing, im also into the fact that my girlfriend is learning to ride horses so that generates more free time for me to play golf

Relaxing....I am pretty good at it too.

Are girlfriends really considered a hobby? A wonder how they would feel if you referred to them as that

Blue Phantom
Albino Ancistrus*2
Queen Arabesque

If you want a good forum for plecs have a look at www.plecofanatics.com
I'm on there as Chan the name of my sailfin plec.
At risk of turning this into some sort of 'Fish Keepers Anonymous' thread, I will just reply to this and say that the only plecs I currently have are an Ancistrus and a Starlight Bristlenose plec, but in the past I have owned a lovely Gibbiceps (Sailfin?) called Jay, a Magnum plec and a Snowball plec. Was thinking about buying more fish again, but have been a little distracted by other things of late, such as the recent car purchase....

Perhaps we should have a new area on here for 'Fish Keepers', given the number of us here! Has anyone gone onto one of those fish keeping forums and started a 'What Car Do You Drive?' thread? Probably find there's a whole bunch of other Scoob owners out there!

My long standing interests though are falconry and hawking,,i have been fortunate enough to train and fly even a golden eagle.
My other hobby was karting but my last kart was too costly to run so i outed it,it would eat a set of tyres in a day at £140 a set,,never mind petrol ,track fees, rent and spares

From age 15 to age 80 (six years ago) my life centered primarily around aircraft.
Other interests have been firearms, hunting, fishing, camping, horses and, keeping with another theme, I have owned many aquariums. At one particular time there was a room with 15 tanks. Largest was the 55 gallon salt.
Now it's my little farm and the four acre garden. My horse is a walking garden tiller. My livestock are in the rabbit barn. (1,000 on hand, at any one time.)
My favorite pastime is waking up in the morning knowing I have made it to another day.
Be well Scooby Netters!!
Bill.
