Of course. Rubbish though, you have to admit. It doesn't say ANYTHING! What a waste of 250 squids. I'm sure some other illiterate from a council estate will buy it from you when you sell the car on. PMSL.

What gets me is that only people familiar with Subaru's will know 'Scooby' is another alias for Subaru. Old grannies in their Ford fiesta's wouldn't have a clue what a scooby was so why waste a bag of sand on a plate ?
Spend the grand on a holiday, brothel, beer, bookies or what ever
When you sell 'Scooby doo' what you going to put the plate on ? Seat Leon

OP, if you really want one that says SCOOBYS you can buy mine ( S100BYS - which if you get done in a fancy font or add a couple of black screws to the 1 actually looks like it says it ) - came with the car so arent overly bothered about keeping it myself.

1. Without an apostrophe - even if you *were* to suspend your disbelief for a bit - it would read "Scoobys". The plural of scooby is scoobies, so that doesn't work.
2. With an apostrophe (which you could put in with a judiciously placed numberplate screw, which is outside the express letter of the law on this subject, as it happens) you would have to be called scooby or scogby, and be asserting your ownership of the vehicle.

A number plate which is far from the mark is a complete waste of time IMO. Everybody knows what the car is. Why bother giving people the satisfaction of knowing you have:
a) Too much money, but not enough to be able to afford something decent.
b) no brains
c) 'a' and 'b'
d) (for the purpose of preventing anyone else posting it) A small dick.
Put the money to something useful, like driver training, a couple of rally experience days or half a dozen track days.
Each to their own

Well, it seems like the only time he posts now is to give me a bollocking. I suppose he must also have a numberplate that reads like one of his posts.
