What con is the cooler in...fins etc

Why the **** has this not sold? I've got a HKS FMIC on the RA and it's a good piece of kit. £1000 new and this lad's asking a 3rd of that. There are people spending this sort of money on flea-bay kits left, right and centre. So daft
