Sadly as a poll-tax payer, it probably has cost _me_ a fortune due to the vast amounts or fuel consumed by the OTT presence of Police cars.

Full marks (not) to the plod with three pips on his shoulder (i guess he was the ring-leader) for parking on the chevrons, smack bang on the tight bend leading onto the A446. Thats it, unsight the view of the road, and cause HGVs to struggle to get by. Driving without a seatbelt, mounting the kerbs, and leaving your vehicle on the highway with the engine running are normally offenses that us mere mortals get nicked for - you must have friends in high places .

Still, plod has flexed his muscle now - time to go back to your doughnuts

Three stars obviously means very power hungry, and boy did he go out of his way to prove that. The final parking of the T-5 and van on chevrons made it a nightmare for trucks to negotiate, they wouldn't have even noticed a bike pulling out due to maneuvering around the police obstacles. Everyone had a good time, people go there for a, chat food and drink and to watch the bikes as they do their stuff. I don't see what's wrong with the cars parking on the grass, as long as they are fully off the road. The road is very long and straight so view ahead will not be obscured. Three stars was adamant that such a large number of people enjoying themselves at one time should not happen (but it was still a good night and fun was had all, so who won then?) see you all next week.
