If you included your address with your donation you should get a thank you letter, I don't have any direct dealings with cheques etc that get paid directly but if you pm me your name I will ask for you, I speak to Hazel, Ellie's grandmother every other day and she will know.

Thank you and everybody else who has donated, it is amazing how generous people can be.

As to the actual cost of a limb, Ellie is being measured for legs soon after Xmas so we will know then. I will keep you posted.

Ellie and her family are in Closer magazine this week with her NHS arms.

Don't forget there are is some signed Subaru Stuff of Ebay, will make good Xmas presents.

Gordon, I have posted over on p1woc how to ban him from the auction.

i have now collected in £1039, but such is the generosity of people (giving over and above there bid and asking me to keep the calendars) that i have 13 left to re-auction.

still quite a few of the original calendar winners have not contacted me though despite me mailing them. it would not suprise me if P1scoob555 has mailed them to tell them its a scam

Everyone who has paid (and not told me to keep the calendars) they were posted yesterday and should be with you today/monday. Please let me know you have recieved them and give me feedback.

then on the auction for the remainder i can point potential bidders to my feedback to prove its no scam.

not knowing the full history with the fella, what the **** is his problem

what sort of reaction is this causing on your P1 site guys? has he got the front to still post? can't see he's got too much of an argument as he instigated any abuse that may have been thrown at him by his actions.

i'd knock off his bid if i were you gordon, could make a ***** of the auction if he just falsely outbids everyone.

hoskib,

there are a few people willing to do some not very pleasant things to him on the P1 site. I have details on p1scoob555 (even down to his phone number) but they dont match the details of anyone i sent a calendar too. I have a very good idea who it is though and just waiting for the final piece of the jigsaw to slot in.

Seeing as it is the season of goodwill, I have contacted him through ebay and given him the chance to contact me.

Not been on much lately and only just seen this thread.

If, as it looks like, it turns out p1scoob555 is trying to make a profit out of this poor kid I really hope for his/her sake that their address never gets made public! It never ceases to amaze me how low people will go to make money. It really is sickening

Anyway, just wanted to echo everyone elses sentiments and wish Ellie and her family well for the future. I've just bid on the cap on eBay and although I've always hated being outbid for something I kinda won't mind if I am this time. A donation will be made either way.

Those guys that have won a calendar and are in a position to leave me feedback, could you do it please as i want to re auction the rest of the calendars tommorrow.

i still had a lot of mails via ebay asking is it a scam, and people retracting bids cos of p1scoob555's interventions. If potential bidders can see that calendars have been sent out it may go some way to stop this.

Cheers Acko. good aint they for pics from a load of amateurs? credit must be given to the designer, he posts as welsh impreza on here, and topguntone over on P1woc.

Gordon is secretely gutted that he smashed his P1 to oblivion a few days after TGT had sent the disc to the printers. He would have made star billing on octobers page

I promise that after this thread has been unstickied, I will bump this back up every now and again with info, and Gordon may do as well.

Nothing wrong with adding the EllieMay site to your favourites though mate

Actually, someone smashed it to bits for me while I was sitting there minding my own business

£390 raised from the merchandise, well done guys

BTW Main pic for May is my picture with my car on the ramp & my car is the one in front in Septembers picture, taken by Paul N when we were in Spain. Lots of smaller pics by me 'n' Paul too.

Another great effort by the scooby community.

the 9 calendars went for £40 each, and the car care kit for £67. the picture is at £200 with a couple of days left.

Just the stuff that i know off has raised maybe £2500, on top of that i know there has been a lot of donations direct to the Ellie May fund. I think we may be able to say that as a community we have raised enough for a limb for Ellie May so eveyone who has bid / won / donated / put a link to another site etc give yourselves a big clap.

of course, there is no need to stop there though is there?

Mark,

It wouldn't have happened without all your hard work.
