Guys i have recieved an email from Ellie May's grandma. This is directed at all of the scooby community IMO........

Almost a year on and was wondering how Elliemay is as I have just turned my P1 calendar over to december, would be good to hear some news.

Yes a year has gone by and Ellie is doing really well. She has just received her first set of lightweight legs that have been paid for from the donations received from people such as yourselves. The fund has also paid for their garden to be covered in a soft rubber type compound with graphics printed on it, so that she can use the garden without damaging her skin. She is not going to have artificial arms at the moment because she can do virtually anything without them including opening a bag of crisps and eating them.
This was taken a couple of weeks ago with her new legs and walker (also paid for from the fund)
Another recent one:
Her web page Elliemay.info is being updated and has some more 'one year on' pictures on it.
