No i wouldnt say that. If the power was identical then it would be interesting to see what was better, but in std form it isnt so the calcs cant be done........ My friend with his 172 cup is a few seconds quicker than me round the 'ring'. The turn in and stability of the clio feels better, the brakes are MUCH better as std. Straight line speed not as much in it as you would think, I can almost hang onto his rear bumper on a straight, but on long uphill sections he can pull away. Dofferent cars from different era's, but both massive fun.

Its all about opinions at the end of the day i suppose. I personally would take the 205, theres just such a "rawness" about those cars. im biast having owned one. I agree though about the power being different, if it was spot on i would put my money on the pug. Im sure thousands wouldnt.
