Opening question i got in an interview once...

"Tell me about yourself" is just stupid! Have they not read your CV 
Current irritant is
"Have you ever been dismissed by a former employer?" Just so they can forget about offering you a job as "he'll be trouble"
People make mistakes, get over it! I know I could Lie, but it doesn't seem the best course of action!
