That's appaling service mate. I've read his feedback and it is astonishing to see how many 100% feedbacks he's fooked up. In the majority of emails he blames the buyer for sloooow payment and what a tw@t for leaving negatives for neutrals.

Only one way to avoid this is not to buy from him. You usually find that someone else will be selling a similar item or do a search on the search engines to find the same item cheaper when you take into account postage.

the guy has now launched an unpaid item on me, well, did, i had to respond by the 28th dec, i did so on the22nd, and still no reply.

this guy is a total idiot, who sells things on ebay by sending the goods before payment???

Just a bit of advice, Its worked for me twice now...
Yeah you get the Fuc*wits who mess up your 100% pos feedback record when its down to them....so all you do is If you havnt already left his feedback and he's left negative on yours then simply Leave negative feedback for him and use any Swear word, Use cu**, its foul and ebay cant stand it, then either report the feedback youself or get a friend to report it as foul language, Ebay will remove both feedbacks and you have your negative removed.....you just get a link from ebay explaining why they removed it!!

Now in this case mate, Write a "follow up to feedback" on his, Swear your head off, then report it, and the whole feedback will be removed completely...Even when you report it yourself, just apologise and say you lost it...they will get rid of both feedbacks, least then you have your neg removed and back to 100%

Well I have fallen for it as well. SWRT Jacket, Hat and Impreza model. Still waiting. Paid for all within 5mins of winning.

E-Mailed 5 times no reply .

Did say was off over xmas but why no contact.

He would save himself alot of mither just by communicating with buyers .

Giving till Saturday then contacting ebay and creditcard co to sort .

Was warned but you just hope you are going to be one of the lucky buyers

After sending a very nasty communication via ebays complaints process, I got this reply last night:

i have found your payment for the 21/12/05 and will send jacket this week, i went away for christmas
for 14 days from 23/12/05 i sent out as many goods as i could on the 21/12 by tnt many thanks and
sorry for the delay

What a surprise! Looks like I'll be getting a jacket after all, what a grade a tosser!
Guess what sort of feedback I'll be leaving.

Finally, got my jacket today, and I must say, it's a very nice jacket I've obviously left negative feedback for the guy, and after doing a bit of investigating tonight, noticed that everyone who has left negative or neutral feedback, has had negative feedback from him So that'll be me then.
Anyway, caveat emptor (sp) and all that, as you may get your item off this guy straight away, or he may try and swindle you out of your money, your choice.

Only trouble I've got now is: The wife wants one too

the plonker sent the wrong thing tried loads of emails and he never replyed
so i reported him to paypal- ebay
i ended up with a refund but the tosser left me bad feedback saying he was on holiday
