Theres so many scams on ebay now its becoming a joke. 
Until recently half the sim-free mobiles being sold on there were actually links to those pyramid schemes where you put in 20quid etc.
Half the designer brand clothing is complete fake stuff.
I cant work out if ebay simply cant police its own site due to the scale, or if they simply dont care about all the scams because they still get their listing fees, final sale fees and usually gready paypal fees ontop of that
