Not sure whether the towcar qualifies as toy ... It's got ALL the toys Mercedes was making however (including the remote heating, massaging and ventilated seats, etc)
Anyone has one of these ?
Practical when it gets a bit chilly...

It's a 1969 2.0 T of no provinence so the plan is to chop out the rear torsion bar arangment and pop in a 993 multilink (and possibly a 3.6 while i'm at it!). I drove it all summer and discovered a lot of underbody rust that had been hidden under the Schutz coating. It's pretty typical for an ex-UK car as you salt on your roads during the winter. The top half of the body is perfect.

That's sweet! Do I spy a cage inside there? What else have you done? Have you more pics? Which forum are you on with the 911?
Sorry for all the questions but you know what it's like ...

The scoob will be coming next July once I hit 21 but for now, this and a Cove Stiffee as above gives me the adrenaline (This one is one of only two in the country)!:

niall:
Know exactly what it is like!
1973 ex german bitza car bought in 1988
Welded it for ever. Had 2.2 T engine and 915 4 speed box.
I gave it a 2.4E mech injection engine and hill climbed it in 1992. I also converted it to RHD.
In 1996 I fitted a 3.2 engine and 5 speed box, bilstiens and turbo torsion bars to race faster still.
Bought the Sti V3 to hill climb as a replacement. 911 now retired for fun weekends.
Once you have one, you have to keep one...
Graham.
