I know what you are saying mate!!

however, the guy has recieved 6 negative feedbacks since the 20th of december for non delivery so I think its a forgon conclusion that he isnt sending them, I doubt anyone could be that unlucky with postage!

my fingers are well and truly crossed for the paypal option as it was a very expensive item

How did you find their address, if you don't mind me asking, I need to do the same as some dappy mare hit my car while in a car park today, luckily I was still in my car so caught her at it so to speak.

She gave me her home phone number, which is in the area code/town where I live & where it happened, but the beeatch ain't answering, either that or it's a dud phone number!

I have her registration but haven't looked into obtaining her address that way yet, just wondered how quickly you were able to find it the way you done it.

I would like to know what address comes up when checking the number which she gave me, or if one comes up against that number?!?!?

Will the DVLA give out people's details if I call them and give them her reg?

I had to claim against someone a few years back - was given a registration number - luckily she was insured and my insurance co. soon found her!

I had a name, reg and phone number, and I went to my local cop shop to report the accident. They asked if I had the address and I said no, but gave them the details I had. I figured they'd do a lookup on PNC or something.

No, they just phoned the chav who hit me, getting him out of bed on a Sunday morning and asked for his address. Must have scared the **** out of the guy. Then they said since he'd given his address they weren't even going to bother reporting the accident.

Waste of time in my case, but it should get you an address and if they refuse to give it then the police can start looking it up and taking action for failure to provide details after an accident.

Ok thanks.

Well I’ll keep trying the number then and if I still have no luck then I will try the DVLA or my insurance company.

There wasn't much damage, it was her careless son wacking their door onto the rear quarter panel of my CTR, put a 2-3" mark on it, which can probably be polished out but it has dented the panel so I don't see why I should pay for it out of my own pocket.

And the thing that made me laugh the most, well not laugh, more couldn't believe it, was her response when I eventually got her to stop reversing her car out of the parking space was "oh don't worry mate that will polish out" and then tried to drive off!! bloody people.

also my partner dosent know about any of this.

hope that helps.
The point is that since he sent it recorded delivery, he should send the tracking details......or did he???
